Creezy Courtoy is the Founder and President of the International Perfume Foundation (IPF) and a leading advocate for the preservation and promotion of perfume heritage and Natural Perfumery worldwide. Based in Europe for many years, she has developed a deep knowledge of the European perfume market, its historical roots, regulatory environment, consumer evolution and growing demand for authenticity, natural ingredients and meaningful luxury. Through IPF, her books, exhibitions and international educational programs, she continues to support Natural Perfumers and promote a new vision of perfume rooted in heritage, nature, ethics and wellbeing. |

Rodney Hughes (New York - USA)
Rodney Hughes is the founder of Therapeutate Parfums, an award-winning IPF Certified Natural Perfumer, educator and olfactory artist based in Brooklyn, New York. Trained in Fine Arts, Fashion Design and Natural Perfumery, his work combines traditional botanical extraction techniques with a contemporary vision of fragrance rooted in emotion, wellbeing and an expertise in packaging design and branding. Rachel Binder (California, USA)
Rachel Binder is the founder of Pomare’s Stolen Perfume, an IPF Certified Natural Perfumer whose work is deeply rooted in terroir, regenerative farming, fruit fermentation and the living intelligence of plants. Based in California, she creates perfumes that explore the aromatic expression of place, season and soil through real flowers, fruits, woods and botanicals. With a background in wine, sensory evaluation and natural materials, Rachel brings a distinctive perspective to Natural Perfumery, connecting perfume with agriculture, ecology, craftsmanship and cultural memory. Olivia Larson (Colorado, USA)
Olivia Larson is the founder, brand owner and nose of La Fleur by Livvy, an IPF Certified Natural Perfumer creating plant-based, cruelty-free and vegan fragrances inspired by flowers, memory and travel. Born in Kolkata, India, and now based in Colorado, she brings an East-meets-West sensibility to her work, blending natural raw materials from India with botanicals from the United States. Through La Fleur by Livvy, Olivia promotes clean beauty, conscious creation and the emotional power of natural fragrance. Drawing on her experience as an independent brand owner in the U.S. market, she will share insights into consumer expectations, wellness-driven fragrance, floral storytelling and the growing demand for ethical, botanical perfumes. |

Jennifer Jones (Texas - USA)
Jennifer Jones is an IPF Certified Natural Perfumer, Aromatherapist and lifelong equestrian based in Texas. Together with her husband, she transformed a two-acre property into a sustainable sanctuary of native flora and founded The Scents of the Texas Hills, where she creates botanical fragrances inspired by the American landscape. Her work combines Natural Perfumery with Classical Dressage, exploring how scent can strengthen the bond between horse and rider. Drawing on her experience in the United States, Jennifer brings valuable insights into the growing American market for natural fragrances, consumer trends, and the increasing interest in wellness, authenticity and locally sourced botanicals. |

Kristin Chen (Taiwan - Asia)
Kristin Chen is an IPF Certified Natural Perfumer, educator and one of Taiwan’s leading specialists in scent design for spaces. Based in Taipei, she has played an important role in the remarkable growth of Natural Perfumery across multiple industries, where natural fragrances are increasingly incorporated into hospitality, retail, workplaces, wellness environments and public spaces. As the International Perfume Foundation’s East Asia Chair, Kristin actively promotes the development of Natural Perfumery throughout Taiwan, Japan and South Korea. She brings valuable insight into one of the world’s most dynamic and innovative markets for natural fragrance. |

Ana Elena Sastrias (Sydney, Australia)
Ana Elena Sastrias is the founder of ÆS Création Naturel, an IPF Certified Natural Perfumer, visual artist and educator based in Sydney, Australia. Originally from Mexico, she combines creativity, sustainability and botanical craftsmanship to create artisanal fragrances using plants grown in her own garden, alongside carefully selected natural raw materials. As Chair of the International Perfume Foundation in Australia, Ana actively promotes Natural Perfumery through education, collaboration and professional development. Drawing on her experience in the Australian market, she will share insights into the growing demand for sustainable, handcrafted fragrances, the opportunities for independent perfumers, and the increasing consumer interest in authenticity, wellbeing and nature-inspired luxury. |
